How To Order

If you are in the Savoie or Haute Savoie (departments 73 and 74), contact us and we'll send out a consultant to the site. Our experts can answer all of your questions and help you find the right model for how you want to use your spa.

To place an order

It's easy to order from us! The process works like this:

    1.    Tell us what you need! Give us a call on 04.50.18.47.79 or send us an email.
    2.    We'll set up a delivery date and send you an order confirmation.
    3.    Sign the order confirmation and fax or post it back to us.

Payment

A 35% deposit is required at the time of the order confirmation, and the balance is due on delivery. Delivery times are normally around 1 month.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel within seven days we will refund your deposit. Otherwise you may forfeit part or all of your deposit, although we will always try to provide a refund if possible.
